Public value is very, very complex and it is of high importance when we speak about public service media. For me, public value means all of the layers and principles that have been attached to public service media and play the most significant role when we even try to define what a public service media is. I would mention several examples for the definition of public service value: mainly as accountability, openness, universality and independence which is of high importance when we speak about public service media in that sense. So the public value is the cornerstone of each public service enterprise and is universally adopted by all of these organizations worldwide.
