Anyone who wants to complain about the ORF has several options: For example, a complaint can be made to the supervisory authority, KommAustria. You can also complain about a program to the ORF Audience Council; the Chairman of the Audience Council is Walter Marschitz, BA. You can contact the Audience Council here.

Or you can contact ORF directly. ORF has over one million customer contacts per year.
